At 12:30 p.m. this Sunday, after the service and coffee hour, we will hold a rededication to our congregation’s commitment to dismantling white supremacy and a blessing of the new Black Lives Matter banner. Rev. Tricia will speak, as well as Dan House (FUUSB board president), a Racial Justice Team member, Noel Riby-Williams (a young adult activist for racial justice from Montpelier), and Jabari Jones (from the Radical Dharma Movement). We’re putting out a press release for this event, and it will have both in-person components outside the Meeting House, and be live-streamed on the FUUSB YouTube channel so that anyone can participate from a safe distance.
