In March of 2017, we began to introduce to the congregation a 4-year staffing plan.

This plan was created to address a few main goals:

  • Adding a second minister to the staff
  • Reducing the number of staff members by creating more full-time positions
  • Creating a focus on Family Ministry

Of course, as we move forward through this plan, we will continually revise the plan to meet our needs. The organizational charts below were created at the beginning of the process and will also change as the need arises.
