General Resources

Religious Education is an important part of what we do at the First UU Society - not that we're telling people what to think. Our emphasis is on learning how to think and encouraging one another on our unique paths. This and having supportive resources and a nurturing environment is an important part of what makes us different. Below are some general resources available to the adult leaders involved in our children's Religious Education program - and anyone else who might benefit.

Program Overview

Our Lifespan Faith Development brochure gives newcomers an introduction to our Religious Education programming. Copies are available in brochure racks in our Meeting House.

Teacher Handbook

This detailed and comprehensive Teacher Handbook includes everything from our safety policies and procedures to handy tips for classroom management. Feel free to download it or pick up a copy in our Community Room.
